Jordanelle Homes and Condos

Many buyers look into the Jordanelle areas due to affordability that cannot be found within the immediate area in Park City. Single family homes in the Deer Mountain and Hideout Canyon areas are quite popular. Also, condominiums can be found surrounding both sides of the reservoir in a variety of price-points and many have stellar lake views. There are two different sides of the lake that contain real estate for sale. One is the Highway 189 side of the reservoir that takes you to Heber City. This contains access to the lower portion of Deer Valley, as well as condominiums and townhomes close to the State Park entrance at Jordanelle. The other is State Rd 248 to Kamas which has a multitude of other developments to pick and choose from. The views on this side of the lake are typically better as you get the lake view as well as the Deer Valley ski run view depending on your location.
